The objective of this Division is to ensure the preservation of the authenticity and quality of Ceylon Coconut, Spices as well as the establishment of Japlan brand as one of the most preferred Sri Lankan Coconut and spice supplier amongst international buyers & markets. Japlan had been a totally import based entity up to 2018. With the diversification strategy , Management of the Company in their vision of entering the export business, decided to embark on this program with also the intention of earning foreign exchange for the country and further development of business, surpassing the average annual import turnover of more than LKR 1.0 Billion, in different import segments of the Company . We are now striving through the export arena from strength to strength.
As regards our ‘Export Products’, whether it’s the Tropical taste of Coconut, sharp pungency of Black Pepper, delightful aroma of Cinnamon or the fiery taste of Cloves, we help bring out the exotic flavors in any cuisine.
Japlan was established as a Joint Venture in 2016, with the Vision of distributing Agra inputs that are necessary for plant protection and crop production in Sri Lanka.
